What is REACH?
The idea of Reach Across The Register was born from a place of consumer advocacy. Out of the frustration with how we were being treated by businesses when we were walking in and they wouldn’t acknowledge us. Or when we were struggling to find something in their store and no one observed that we were searching. Or when we weren’t thanked at the register after handing over our money. So with this frustration we learned that we weren’t alone, and that most consumers felt this way.
So we thought, heck, let’s help businesses understand that the secret to growing sales and profits it so leverage word of mouth marketing online – so let’s teach them how to do that.

Excellent! Let’s start at the start with seeing what you’re doing now, and what your competition is doing. This is a diagnostic process that is so critically important to your success online, it’s as important as your personal credit report. We love choices, and figured you do to, so here’s how it works. Like to DIY? We have a FANTASTIC program that are delivered to you electronically so that you can DIY it at your own pace. Or, if you prefer, we’re available to train your staff to be ninja online marketers. If you don’t have peeps, we’ll connect you with the best and brightest in the specific area that your business needs help with. You tell us your budget and your desired results, and we’ll make recommendations based on how we would approach it if we were you.

From being extremely curious. And stalking some super smart gurus. And private masterminds with super smart people who have their finger on the pulse of what’s working NOW. And from being a frustrated consumer who can’t help but roll her eyes when a service provider replies to a request with, “No problem.” (Here’s how I really feel about it.)
